Privacy

The contact form collects your name, email, case type, location, and whatever you type in the message. That information is stored for review and emailed to the desk so someone can reply or consider a referral. An automatic receipt is also sent to your email.

The intake assistant identifies whether it is using AI or preset guided replies. In AI mode, chat messages are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured model provider to generate a reply. Provider processing and retention policies apply. Do not share sensitive records, account numbers, or confidential documents in chat. The application does not save chat transcripts or include them in usage measurement. Ordinary hosting and provider logs may exist. Chat text reaches the referral desk only when you review and submit the referral form.

When enabled, basic usage measurement records page paths, broad referral channels, device categories, and form actions. It does not collect form text, names, emails, or advertising identifiers. Browser Do Not Track preferences are respected by this measurement.

Do not put full medical records, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers in the form. Send those only if a lawyer who has agreed to look at the case asks for them.

A message is kept long enough to answer it and to make a referral. It is not sold. The host that serves this website can see ordinary server logs, including the address of the computer that submitted the form.
