Man killed following armed confrontation along Ben Franklin Parkway identified

If you are in the Philadelphia area and this story hits close to home, you are not the only one looking it up. People usually want a straight answer: what happens next, and who can take a criminal defense matter like theirs.

We do not copy the article. We cite it. The public report is on 6abc.com: https://6abc.com/post/man-killed-following-armed-confrontation-ben-franklin-parkway-identified/19939351/. Our note is only an original summary of what the headline is about and why someone with a similar criminal defense matter might write the intake desk.

If your situation is close to this one, send the place, the date, and what happened. Name the court if there is already a hearing. That is enough for the desk to read it and refer it. A message here does not hire a lawyer, and it does not mean we are involved in the reported story.
